Batik and Painting on Fabric with Wax ResistIn this workshop we explore the differences between waxing with Bees Wax and Waxing with Soy wax. We paint directly onto the fabric as well as do immersion dyeing. Each method yields different result. Using some of these techniques allows the artist to create their own unique images. These methods can be used to create stand alone paintings, wall art and hand dyed and patterned clothing. |
