Shibori is a family of manipulations, not one repeatable look. A workshop guide is stronger when it compares what each format asks the cloth and the room to do.
Compare the manipulation
Fold-and-clamp, binding, stitching and pole-wrapping produce different constraints before colour arrives. The sample should reveal the constraint, not only the finished blue.
- Show the preparation
- Compare the opened cloth
- Keep the name with the action
Sequence the room
Some formats need more preparation or drying space than others. Put the process, tools, airflow and cleanup on one planning sheet before choosing the number of participants.
- Plan the work surface
- Mark the drying route
- Check the product document
